Yoga has helped me cultivate mental focus, physical agility and emotional resilience. I started Yoga as a 14-year-old dancer with sore feet, a short attention span and erratic sleeping patterns.  It was later when I was literally balding from stress that I started to take my Yoga practice more seriously.


For me, Yoga is a therapy and I delight in sharing the benefits I have learned through the study and practice of Yoga. I am inspired more than ever to evolve understanding of the bodymind through Yogic practice.
