She offers encouragement and motivation, balanced with awareness of stillness and subtle energies. 


Her passion and love of yoga has lead her to train in various styles of practice to find her unique offering. She incorporates this influence along with her work as a bodyworker and Ayurvedic therapist to teach a class that is accessible, safe, sustainable and fun. 


Combining elements of hatha, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga, each class is suitable for all levels of practice and experience, regardless of strength or flexibility. You can expect to leave each class feeling more energised and relaxed.
