Meg's journey with yoga has spanned almost a lifetime so far.
After coming to yoga at an early age, she was a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner for more than fifteen years.
In her early twenties, she studied and taught yoga both in Australia and overseas. Through the process of observing people's bodies and listening to their problems and challenges over the years, she became interested in using yoga as a specific aid in healing.
In 2010 Meg began her training specifically in Yoga Therapy. Teaching as a qualified Yoga Therapist, Meg believes that every person is unique in body and mind, and that there is no one-size fits all approach (which is why we love her at Santosha!).
Meg's goal is to help you explore and uncover your own innate knowledge for healing and wellbeing.
